Privacy Policy

As a Berlin based company that wants to build long term relationships with its clients, we’re going out of our way to make remote mining simpler and more transparent. And that includes keeping your personal information safe.

We’ve written this policy because we want you to know that we’re not going to do anything weird like sell your data or start talking about you behind your back. Besides, GDPR, you know…

This page will give detailed insights into when and why we collect personal information, how we use it and the limited circumstances where we may disclose things to others. As well as how we keep your data secure.

Mailing List

Right now we are a pretty young startup, and we are using SendGrid for our newsletter. Also – when you email us about our offerings, or fill in any forms on our site, we store your email address in our G-Suite email accounts. Your messages are visible to both the CEO and CMO – and we sometimes share the interactions with each other in order to give you the best possible replies.

Invoices

Your Invoices are processed using Invoice Ninja. Both CEO and CMO have access to this software in order to review invoices, monitor payments and send reminders.

Access to your Data

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our interim data protection officer Malcolm Cannon via malcolm(@)cyberianmine.de
