Outages are inevitable in bitcoin mining. During outages, your hash rate may decrease along with the other miners in the fleet. Longer outages, from 2-8 hours, or full blackouts happen when there is bad weather or work on the power line. The good news is Cyberian Mine runs three separate facilities, so your hash rate won't ever go to zero.
