Our Customers have a sub-account created at f2pool. That’s how our platform works technically. There is no solution to link a personal f2pool account and there is no possibility to get a personal account for your activity with us at Cyberian Mine. The only solution is our read only sub-account solution.

We take care of all administration for our customers. Your account operates in "read-only" mode because we take care of set up and changes for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot merge your f2pool sub-account with any other personal account, because of the automated charging process. In that case, we would be invoicing for miners activity that is not ours.
