While we strive to serve your hash rate as long as you cover the hosting costs, there can be outages and technical issues that may impact the global performance. These issues can arise locally on their farms and temporarily influence the stability of the hash rate. However, Cyberian Mine covers repairs, maintenance, and compensation for downtime, ensuring that you do not have to worry about additional costs or lost earnings during repairs.

Most importantly, you never have to worry about a Service interruption specifically linked to a hardware failure or maintenance.

We always serve your hash rate, whatever happens to the physical maintenance, or breaks we manage in the background. Our global fleet is working for any of our Customers, compensating for hash rate fluctuations.
