Why is power consumption displayed at Cyberian Mine a little higher than Manufacturers'?
The power consumption displayed at Cyberian Mine is slightly higher (+5%) than the manufacturers' specifications because it includes additional energy losses in the farm equipment, converters, cable heating, exhaust fans, networking equipment, lighting, auxiliary equipment, supervision systems, and cleaning equipment.

Manufacturers often provide optimistic figures with variations of +/-5% or +/-10% for power consumption. Cyberian Mine adds 5% to the tech specifications to account for the extra energy losses in their farm equipment, such as converters, cable heating, and big exhaust fans in their building. Additionally, the power consumption includes the energy used by networking equipment, lighting, auxiliary equipment, supervision systems, and cleaning equipment used to maintain the miners. This approach ensures that the displayed power consumption reflects the realistic conditions and provides a more accurate representation of the actual power usage.2
This is how we managed to pack-in the whole realistic power consumption for every device production and exploitation.
